The Cooking Rooms is a brand new cookery school in purpose built premises at the York Eco Business Centre in York, North Yorkshire. The Cooking Rooms offers a range of cookery classes to suit all ages and abilities. From childrens cookery through to continuing professional development for professional chefs, we always have a packed schedule. Our classes cover all kinds of world cuisines including Thai and South East Asian cookery, Indian cookery, Italian cookery and French cookery. There are also skills-based classes aimed at providing the essential skills of being a competent cook including knife skills, stocks and sauces, meat and poultry and bread making. The Cooking Rooms can also be hired for private parties and classes for team building days. Background Data
Schedule & Fees Prices start at £35 for an Essential Skills class and go up to £120 for a 1 day master class. Facilities The Cooking Rooms has a teaching kitchen which can accommodate up to 14 people for hands on classes and a demonstration kitchen for up to 30 people.
