School Introduction

The Culinary Apprenticeship program is an Associate of Applied Science degree and is acredited by the American Culinary Federation. The program follows European culinary apprenticeship programs by providing students with paid practical work expereince under the supervision of executive chefs in hotels and retaurants in metropolitan New Orleans and related classroom instruction under the direction of chef instructors and industry professionals.
