The Cookery School at Braxted Park, based in Essex, combines a stunning location with award-winning chefs and a diverse range of courses to suit all abilities. Braxted Park is a beautiful Queen Anne house set in 500 acres of parkland in the picturesque Essex countryside. It is easily accessible, as Braxted Park is situated between Colchester and Chelmsford, just five minutes from the A12, 40 minutes from London Liverpool Street train station and 30 minutes from London Stansted airport.

Schedule & Fees

The Braxted Park Cookery School hosts several different varieties of cookery courses on different dates scheduled throughout the year and courses take place from 9.00am to 3.00pm on that given date.

Courses cost around £125 for the days training, which includes tuition from award winning chefs and a sit-down meal and glass of wine at 3.00pm. This is the perfect chance to enjoy your own cooking and share hints and tips with group.
