The institute is equipped with specially designed amphitheatres featuring close-circuit cameras, mirrors and audio systems for demonstrations classes and state-of-the-art kitchens for practical hands-on training.

Admission Requirements

To apply for a certificate or diploma program you must submit the following information:

* A completed and signed application form
* A $500.00 CAD application fee for each course or program that you would like to register for
* A résumé (curriculum vitae): previous culinary experience is not essential
* A statement of motivation - a letter stating why you would like to attend Le Cordon Bleu and a list of some of your future culinary goals (500 words max.)
* Proof of high school completion, or equivalent; a photocopy of a diploma or school transcripts will suffice.

Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary boasts a team of world class Chefs with extensive international experience from Michelin-starred restaurants and other first-class gastronomic food-service locations.

Interships & Externships

As part of Le Grand Diplome Professionnel program, students gain real-life work experience through a 3 months internship at Le Cordon Bleu Bistro at Signatures or another establishment.
