School Introduction

In this recreation home cooking course, you will learn at least 64 recipes a month, with an average of 4-5 items and 130 recipes for 2 months course. With instructor's strong request, we limit the class to 5 -20 students at the maximum, therefore, you can experience almost one-by-one lessons. You can take Accademia Riaci Culinary Arts for Amateur from 1week to 3 months in Florence, Italy, in our comfortable accommodation. Check out also additional trips to winery, market, etc.
