School Introduction

The Cocoa Black Chocolate and Patisserie school in the UK offers classes to satisfy all – from the mildly curious to those with a more serious culinary obsession. The school offers a range of classes which teach how to cook with chocolate and pastry. Whether you want to roll and dip your own truffles or unlock the secrets of the French style gateaux, Cocoa Black will have a class to suit. Tuition is overseen by culinary Olympic winning chef Ruth Hinks and her specialist team. Ruth has spent over 20 years working as a chocolatier and pastry chef and brings a great depth of knowledge, passion and fun to each session.
